We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2020, at the age of 73, William Robert Ragan of Ellerbe, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Preston and Louise Ballard Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mills Ragan. He is also survived by his in-laws and many nieces and nephews.

The family requests that those attending wear appropriate facial coverings and maintain social distancing.
