She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Dotsie Steele, Geneva Steele of Ellerbe, Queen Steele of Pinehurst and Lillie Steele of Ahoskie; her caregivers, Peggy, Diane, Myrtle and Sharon; and her nephew Billy Ewing.
