He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Thelma Covington Crouch; his wife Gail Crouch; and his brother Perry Crouch. He is survived by: his daughter Mitzi McDonald (Dennis); his grandchildren, Andrew McDonald (Libby), Peter McDonald (Tara) and Thomas McDonald (Tiffany); his great grandchildren, Cole, Chayton, Ryker, Micah, Malachi and Rylee; and his sisters, Linda Quintero and Sarah Kirk.
