He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Hayden (Holly Johnson) and Ethan Hale; his granddaughters, Olivia Hayden and Kaitlyn Allen; his great grandchild Aleiah Dorsett; and his siblings, Earl Hayden, Keith Hayden, Jimmy Hayden, Brenda Ward and Gayle Greene.
