He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Elmer Goins and Rosa Culler Goins; and his siblings, Bet Kiger, Ruby Carpenter, Virgil Goins and Rev. Otis Goins.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Millward Goins (Nita); his children, Patty Frick (J. T.), Doug Goins (Amy), Charlie Wallace and Susie Lindsey (Andrew); his grandchildren, Karen Everett (J. C.), Jessica Goins, Jake Goins, Brair Goins, Skylar Goins, Ophelia Lindsey, Dillon Barbour and Caylie Barbour; his great grandchild Summer; and his sister Hester Dillon.
