It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Odessa Brigman Treece of Ellerbe, North Carolina, who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Brigman and Magalina Rainwater Brigman; her husband James Everette Treece Sr.; her children, Carol Sue Platt, Cathy Treece Butler and James Everette Treece, Jr.; and her son-in-law Charles Edward Butler.
She is survived by: her son Michael Anthony Treece; her grandchildren, Tina Treece Knight, Brandie Butler Price (Brooks), Holly Kinlaw, Ashley Welch and Jennifer Knight; her great grandchildren, Erin Voorhes, Maggie Mabe, Amanda Rose, Austin Price, Christopher Voorhees, Olivia Price and Hailee Wilkerson; her great great grandchildren, Kiya Rose, Noah Green and Maddie Rose; and her sister Naomi Peele.
