He is survived by: his wife Stacey Powell Kelly; his children, Jesse Kelly and Sarah Serres; his stepchildren, Jamie Powell, Diane Sims, Jessica Watts, Tammy Lyford and Josh Sims; his grandchildren, Castor Conley, Joie Serres, Nicholas Serres and Adara Kelly; his stepgrandchildren, Paige Powell, Kevin Powell, Madyson Powell, Hannah Keane, Drew Kimball, Charles Hoffman, Jr., Devon Lyford, Skylar Lyford and Austin Franklin; his brothers, Tracy McNeill and Alvin McNeill; his stepmother Shirley Kelly; and his stepsisters, Debbie Wyland and Betty Horgerwerf. He is also survived by 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
