He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindo Cagle and Maggie Fuquay Cagle. He is survived by: his wife Faye Cagle; and his children, Willie Richard Cagle, Melvin Eugene Cagle, Tony Lynn Cagle and Angela Davis (James). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
