He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulysses Grant Puckett and Treva Lawson Puckett Chappell; his son Mitchell E. Puckett; and his brother Phillip Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith Puckett; his son William Puckett (Sara); his grandchildren, Miranda Puckett, Tracy Lyerly and Phillip Sellers; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah Angelo, Hailie, Jenna, Ashton Lyerly, Karleigh and Nathan Sellers; and his siblings, Tony Puckett and Wanda Steele.
