James Upton Altimus Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Upton Altimus Sr. of Ellerbe, North Carolina, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell J. Altimus and Grace Helman Altimus. He is survived by: his wife Marianne "Kay" Altimus; his children, Jacqueline "Jacki" Sherman (Mike) of Maryland, James "Jim" Altimus, Jr. (Lois) of Arkansas, Traci Gomiller of Ellerbe, Bobbi Greenfield (John) of Maryland and Lori Reynolds of Ellerbe; and his siblings, Jean Kisic of Belsano, PA and Richard "Dick" Altimus of Newberg, MD.. He is also survived by Ten grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
