She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Deal and Katherine Brock Deal; and her sister Barbara Pigford. She is survived by: her husband Pressley R. Rankin, III; her child Pressley R. "Rob" Rankin, IV (Hari Gonzalez); her grandson Jayden; and her siblings, Deborah Downing and James Deal.
