She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Meacham; her children, Chris Meacham (Beth) and Andy Meacham (Enhuie); her grandchildren, Lindsey Hook (David), Kristopher Meacham (Britni), Zackary Meacham (Jennifer), Andrew Meacham and Cody Blades (Matt); her great grandchildren, Mattis Blades and Sage Meacham; her sister Marion Smith Covington (Tom); and her sister-in-law Carol E. Chappell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
