It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Larry Parsons (Ellerbe, North Carolina), who passed away on February 2, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, D. C. Parsons and Marjorie Stutts Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Ramey Parsons; his children, Betsy Bean of Candor, Lori Clark (Tim) of Rockingham, Dana Bowman (Tim) of Rockingham and Doug Parsons (Tina) of Vass; his grandchildren, Dani Lammonds (Neil), Ande Perkins (Shane), Lauren Clark, Alex Clark, Hunter Bowman and Taylor Bowman; his sisters, Susan DeWitt of Ellerbe and Miggie Hedrick of Rockingham; his stepson Hugh Gray (Kathy Williams) of Ft. Mill, SC; and his stepgranddaughter Summer Gray. He is also survived by 3 step grandchildren.
