She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arnold and Miranda Thompson Cooke; her husband John Calvin Rush, Jr.; and her daughter Trudy Ann Rush. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Bowman (Michael), Ginger Hoffman and Terry Rush; her grandchildren, Sabrina Bowden (Steven) and Justin Adcock; her great grandchildren, Cierra Davenport (Trey) and Stephen Bowden; and her great great grandchildren, Chloe Bowden, Noah Bowden and Kynleigh Davenport. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
At the request of the family face masks are required for the services.
