He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Mary Hartley; his wife Felicia Dawn Sachs; his children, Andy Sampson (Beth), Pam Tyler (John), Alexis Capps (Chad) and Ben Sachs (Tori); his grandchildren, Delilah, Brooklyn, Wesley, Eli, Kye and Winter; and his siblings, Joel Sachs and Renee Keaton.
