Spruill; her children, Robert McMahon, Arthur Moore, Samuel Spruill Wills, Mark Spruill Wills, Cathy Spruill Wills, Joan Spruill Wills, LaToya Spruill Wills and Linda Spruill Wills; her siblings, Joan Lumpkin, Theresa Fleming, Linda McMahon, Steven McMahon, Richard McMahon and Frank McMahon; and her stepchildren, Bobby Crump, Kevin Hall and Kecionda Morgan. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
