He was predeceased by: his parent James Washington Conner; his former wife Thelma Conner; and his siblings, Ruby Boston, Ocie Conner, Jim Conner, Fred Conner and Oren Campbell.
He is survived by: his parent Lula Lee Hawkins Conner; his spouse Patsy Greene Conner; and his children, Donna Cantrell of Mooresboro, Kimberly Henson (Johnny) of Mooresboro, Roger Conner (Ruth) of Forest City and Jimmy Conner (Patty) of Caroleen. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
