With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Jones of Ellenboro, North Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Poole and Lima Beaver Poole; and her siblings, J. F. Poole, H. S. Poole and Harold Poole.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Jones; her daughters, Yvonne Padgett (John) of Bostic and Kimberly Cathcart (Thomas) of Spindale; her siblings, Lillian Toney of Ellenboro, Janet Honeycutt (Keith) of Mooresboro, Sonny Poole (Lois) of Ellenboro and Donald Poole of Ellenboro; her grandchildren, Aaron Vickers (Summer), Lindsey Cash (Jonathon), Ashlyn Vickers (Andrew Fisher) and Brittney Cathcart (Chris Cantrell); and her great grandchildren, Eli Cash and Caroline Vickers. She is also survived by grandchildren, 9 bonus great grandchildren, and 1 bonus great great grandchild.
