William Greene Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Greene Sr. of Ellenboro, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William Russell Greene; his wife Mary Fowler Greene; and his siblings, Roy Allen Greene, Charles Russell Greene, Ronnie Lee Greene and Christine Greene Padgett.
He is survived by: his children, William Preston "Bill" Greene, Jr. of Ellenboro, Alan Dale Greene (Linda) of Ellenboro, Shannon Denise Greene of Ellenboro and Crystal Faye Greene of Ellenboro; and his sister Patsy Greene Self (Leonard) of Boiling Springs, NC. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
