He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his stepchildren, Tim Bird and Toby Bird; his grandson Graeme; his daughter Kathryn Gridley; his sister Barbara Vlattas (Nick); his niece Kristen Wickre (David); his nephew Nicholas Vlattas; his great-niece Eleni Sarantakos; his great-nephew Andrew Wickre; and also Kristen.
