He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alfred Bailey and Margaret Mozelle Melton Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Byars Bailey; his children, Steven Wayne Bailey (Catie) of Raleigh and Stephanie Bailey Cole (Joey) of Ellenboro; his sister Carole Bailey McDaniel (Norman) of Ellenboro; his grandchildren, Ayden Cole, Jackson Cole and Julie Mae Bailey; his niece Misti McDaniel of Chile; and his nephew Mason McDaniel of Raleigh.
