He was predeceased by: his father Worth Martin. He is survived by: his mother Billie Morgan Martin of Rutherfordton; his wife Anita Padgett Martin; his children, Steven Martin (Kelly) of Green Creek, NC and Jennifer Martin Silvers (Justin) of Forest City; his siblings, Elvis Martin (Susan) of Rutherfordton, Sheila Owensby (Thurman) of Forest City, Lori Moore (Dean) of Rutherfordton and Angie Morgan (Deborah Price) of Camden, SC.; and his grandchildren, Taylor and Skylar Silvers.

For the safety of those attending the graveside service, masks and social distancing are requested.
