She was predeceased by: her parents, T. R. Brooks and Eula Brooks; and her daughter Crystal Lynne Goforth. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Leonard Goforth; her children, Thomas L. Goforth (Victoria) of Nebo and Autumn Lynne Wagner (Curt) of Sparta, WI; her siblings, Don Brooks of Marion, Jimmy Brooks of Old Fort and Debra Ann Davis of Thomasville, NC; her grandchildren, Connor Wagner, Patrick Wagner, Brandon Goforth, Braelyn Goforth and Brianna Haithcock; and her great grandchildren, Liam Haithcock, Mia Haithcock and Deacon Haithcock.
