She is survived by: her husband David Forand; her son Chad Green (Jennifer) of Forest City; her grandchildren, Kelsey Rodriguez (Nathaniel) and Landon Pritchard; her great grandchild Reece Rodriguez; her siblings, Lib Grayson, Nellie Jo Hamrick, Sara Lee Epperson, Ruby Dedmon, Jane Curtis and Danita Sartin; and her pets, Kaylei and Mela. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
