She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kennedy and Ollie Kennedy; her son Steve Walker; her sons-in-law, Maurice Fowler and Tommy Philbeck; her grandson Kyle Bridges; and her siblings, Juanalda Francis, Melba Horn and Robert Kennedy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Philbeck of Bostic and Sherry Fowler of Rutherfordton; her daughter-in-law Lisa Bridges Walker of Ellenboro; her grandchildren, Nicole Bailey (Chad), Jennifer Jackson (Shane), Amy Summers (Chad), Heather Sheehan (Phillip), Dereck Walker and Patrick Walker; her great grandchildren, Chad J. Bailey, Brooke, Madison Bailey, Trey, Alisha Bridges, Colton, Katelyn Bridges, Klaire Jackson, Maddie Summers, Mollie Summers, Morgyn Summers, Victoria Spencer-Bridges, Simon Sheehan, Isabelle Walker, Garrett Walker and Easton Walker; her great great grandchildren, Blake Bailey, Carter Bailey, Easton Van Dyke and Alaina Hammond; and her sister-in-law Selma Brooks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
