He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Lee Sisk and Mae Margaret Ledford Sisk; and his brother Weldon Lee Sisk. He is survived by: his siblings, Katherine Sisk Dyer (Richard) of Ellenboro and David M. Sisk of Ellenboro; and his nieces, Linda McCurry (Steve), Wanda Washburn (Barry) and Juanita Washburn (Richard). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
