She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Taft Martin and Mary Grace Towery Martin; and her siblings, Christine Martin Jarrell and Joseph Martin. She is survived by: her husband John Grayson Cook; her children, Jason Taft Hughes of Forest City and Donna Michelle Hughes of Shelby; her grandson Austin Hughes; her sister Judy Martin Yelton (Ernest) of Forest City; her nephews, Mike Jarrell, Larry Jarrell and Scott Jarrell; and her niece Missy White (Todd) of Union Mills.
No formal visitation is planned by the family and masks and social distancing are requested.
