We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2021, at the age of 93, Lucy Mode (Ellenboro, North Carolina) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lucy Mode to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henson and Minnie Ollis Henson; and her husband John Fredrick Mode. She is survived by: her sister Marie Nelson of Newland; and her niece Betty J. McGee of Casar. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
