He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Horn and Dixie Horn. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary Horn (Beverly) of Kings Mountain and Terry Horn (Crystal) of Ellenboro; and his nieces, Heather (Brannon Curtis) and Haely (Garrett Brooks).
