She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Vegoren and Fern Vegoren; and her sister Diane Trantham. She is survived by: her husband Ardie Vess; her children, Shane Morrow (Maria) of Boiling Springs, SC and Crystal Smith (Tommy) of Forest City; her siblings, Larry Vegoren of Forest City, Karen Fain (Keith) of Rutherfordton and Claudia Weavers (Bernie) of Montana; her grandchildren, Kaley Spurlin (Ryan), Ailey Smith, Ethan Morrow and Isabella Morrow; and her great grandchild Colt Spurlin.
