He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lewis Monroe Waters and Annie Mae Sisk Waters; his daughter Rachel Ellen Waters; his grandchildren, Austin Ray Swink and William Lee Swink; his son-in-law Kevin Swink; his spouse Vonnie Waters; his daughters, Shirley Waters (Bill Edwards) of Ellenboro, Rachel Swink (David Reynolds) of Ellenboro and Tammy Lynn Waters (Anthony Fitzgerald) of Ellenboro; his brother Clyde Waters of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, John Swink, Anthony Ryan Fitzgerald, Jr., Paisley Ann Fitzgerald and Angel Whilhide.
