He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Chapman and Edna Butler; and his siblings, Rick Chapman and Tammy Bryant. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee Chapman of Ellenboro, NC; his son Jeremy Chapman (Tamra) of Otto, NC; his granddaughters, Hailey and Maddison Watson of Rutherfordton, NC; and his siblings, Jan Fisher of Asheville, NC, Patty Beard (Kyle) of Asheville, NC and Willie Butler (Angie) of Forest City, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
