She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland E. Hill and Gertie Fincannon Hill; her husband Billy McDaniel, Jr.; her son Brian McDaniel; and her brothers, Floyd and Howard Hill.

She is survived by: her son Matthew McDaniel of Ellenboro; her sisters, Joyce Shires (Jerry) of Forest City and Ruth Womack of Sandy Mush; and her daughter-in-law Donna McDaniel of Ellenboro.
