It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Flora Ann Walker Smith of Ellenboro, North Carolina, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulyess Smart and Lona Mae Smart; her former husband James Vant Walker; her husband Charles Yates Smith; and her brothers, Erastus Vance Smart, David Alonzo Smart and Robert Lee Smart.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Parrish (Jeff) of Jefferson, Phyllis Johnson of Gallatin, TN, Rick Walker (Vickie) of Ellenboro, Jeff Walker (Crystal) of Ellenboro and Mike Walker (Bobbie) of Forest City; and her sister Wilma Mae Shytle of Ellenboro. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
