He is survived by: his wife Linda Strickland Philbeck; his children, Brandon Philbeck (Tammy) of Black Mountain, NC and Kim Baker of Ellenboro, NC; his sisters, Betty Greene (Terry) of Ellenboro, NC and Mary Cooper (Junior) of Ellenboro, NC; his grandson Jacoby Philbeck; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Strickland (Ann), Bill Strickland (Sheila), Doug Strickland (Gail) and Mike Strickland (Pam). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
