He was predeceased by: his parents, Farris Glen Bailey and Ruth Harrill Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Bailey; his stepchildren, Denise Capaldo (Robert) of Ellenboro, Michele Funderburke (Bill) of Rutherfordton and Edward Rizzo (Lillian) of Phoenix; his brother Glen Bailey of Forest City; his stepgrandchildren, Dominique Capaldo, Robert Capaldo, III, Brittany Matney, Taylor Funderburke, Carter Rizzo and Pierce Rizzo; and his great grandchild Hazel Matney.
