He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Green and Hettie Gurley Greene; his wife Linda Houser Greene; and his siblings, Charles Greene, Ray Greene, John Greene, Mildred Boone, Faye Hughes and May Willis.
He is survived by: his children, Carole Brooks of Ellenboro and Matt Greene (Deana) of Marion; his grandchildren, Bobbi Hodge (Ryan), Jaira Harrill (David), Robert Greene, Taylor Smith (Levi), Dillon Greene and Mollie Greene; and his great grandchildren, Lux, Lillie, Ayla, Brayson, Moxie and Lexley.
