We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2019, at the age of 97, Aileen Morehead (Ellenboro, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Broad Dysart and Lola Holland Dysart; her husband James "Jay" Morehead; and her siblings, Charles Dysart, Yates Dysart, Wade Dysart, Vernie Huskey and Martha Radford.

She is survived by: her children, James Morehead of Ellenboro and Sarah M. Crispin of Charlotte. She is also survived by two grandchildren and one great-grandson.
