It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Lee Carter (Elkin, North Carolina), who passed away on November 17, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Watson M. Carter and Stella Carter; his daughter Eloise Carter; and his brothers, Bobby Carter, Billy Frank Carter, Lloyd Carter and Blake Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Toni M. Carter; his sister Geraldine Nicholson of Elkin; his sisters-in-law, Emma Jean Carter, Peggy Ann Carter, Billie Jo Carter and Gail Carter; and his pet Brownie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
