She was predeceased by: her parents, Ander Cleary and Mildred Andrews Cleary of Virginia; her husband Charles T. Baity; and her brothers, Harold Cleary and Franklin Cleary.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Cox (Abby) of Jonesville and Ashley Baity of Elkin; her sister Patricia Bryant (Odean) of Elkin; her grandchildren, James Cox (Brittany), Amanda Collins (Gray), Allison Robison (Wesley), Brandy Cox, Crystal Conner and Skylar Baity; and her great grandchildren, Preston Cox, Nabors Cox, Lilly Collins, Laila Collins, Addyson Robison and Rylee Robison.
