He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Orville and Catherine Patricia Schillinger O'Toole. He is survived by: his wife Shelby O'Toole; his sons, Partick O'Toole (Sarah), Timothy O'Toole (Jackie) and Christopher O'Toole (Jill); his brother Russel O'Toole (Mary); and his grandchildren, Ian O'Toole, Emma O'Toole Woodruff (Mason), Ella O'Toole, Colin O'Toole and Isaac O'Toole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Elkin Funeral Service (560 North Carolina 268 W, Elkin, NC 28621). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Elkin Funeral Service Chapel (560 North Carolina 268 W, Elkin, NC 28621).
