Swanson Lee Moncus Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2022, at the age of 77, Swanson Lee Moncus (Elkin, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Moncus and Martha Wagoner Moncus; his former wife Carol Shore Moncus; his wife Geraldine "Jerry" Moncus; and his stepson Billy Shore.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Thomas Pardue (Linda) of Elkin and Annette DeCelle of Elkin; his sisters, Lou Finney of Booneville and Linda Mitchell (Ricky) of Elkin; and his sisters-in-law, Betty McCaulley (Bryan) of Jonesville and Darlene St. John (Ernest) of Elkin. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the charity of donor's choice.
