We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2023, at the age of 76, Scottie Sue Vanhoy of Elkin, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lincoln Hanks and Dorothy Key Hanks; her husband Phil; her children, Alice Baker (Tim) and Payton Day (Alania); her brother Jerry Hanks; her grandchildren, Tanner Baker, Dillon Baker, Evelyn Day and Isaac Day; her great grandchildren, Jase Baker, Millie Grace Baker, Conner Baker and Caseon Baker; and her close friend Holly Couch.
