She was predeceased by: her parents, Kemp Reynolds and Mary Isabell Luffman Reynolds; her husband Billy Ray "Tip" Gregory; her son-in-law Garry Gentry; her brother Charlie Reynolds; her half-siblings, Odell Baker (Norma Jean Baker) and Marie Baker; and her brother-in-law Earl Wagoner.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Layell (Jeff) of State Road; her stepdaughters, Kim Gentry Hudspeth (Steve) of Thurmond and Kathy Eskridge (Mike) of Jonesville; her brother Maynard Reynolds (Shirley) of State Road; her half-brother Johnny Baker of Thomasville; her sisters, Idesta Lyon (Joe) of Elkin and Maxine Wagoner of Roaring River; her sister-in-law Jolene Reynolds of North Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Erin Eskridge, Kurt Eskridge (Jessica Argo), Nick Gentry (Kasey) and Sarah Gentry Marshall (Ronald); and her great grandchildren, Presley Swaim, Ian Gentry, Gage Marshall and Natalie Pearl Marshall.
