It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Chambers of Elkin, North Carolina, who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Edwards and Alma Lowe Edwards; her husband Jerry Chambers; her sister Retha Vaughn; and her niece Darlene Bare.
She is survived by: her son Bain Sheets of Chester, VA; her grandsons, Michael Sheets of King and Dillon Sheets of Charlotte; her sister Wilma Crouse of Sparta; and her nephews, Paul Vaughn, Jr., Michael Vaughn and Allen Crouse.
