He was predeceased by: his brother Mike K. Rogers; and his grandparents, Earnest and Maybel Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Phyliss; his son Joseph R. Rogers; his stepsons, Brian Richardson and Bradley Richardson (Maranda); and his siblings, Timothy Rogers (Sharon), Gail Cooper (Cookie), Diane Carper and Debbie Logsdon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great- grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
