She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Lunford Cook and Mary Wilmoth Cook; her husband James Franklin "Jim" Miracle; her daughter Amy Crouse; and her siblings, Betty Jo White, David Cook and Charlie Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda (Rodney Wagoner), Mary Ann (Dean Casstevens) and Monty; her daughter-in-law Nancy Crouse; her stepgranddaughter Lindsey Hayes; her great grandchildren, Jett Smith and Jacee Smith; and her siblings, Hallie White and Boyd M. "Bud" Cook.
There will be no formal visitation held, due to COVID restrictions, the family requests all attendees wear a mask and practice social distancing.
