Miriam Dunn Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Miriam Dunn (Elkin, North Carolina), who passed away on October 20, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Elmer Moore, Kenneth Moore, Rebekah Overman, Jean Hudson, Nell Fells and Lois Clements.
She is survived by: her parents, Lillian Walters and Eber Elmer Moore; her husband John Walston Dunn; her brother Robert Perry Moore; and also, Debra, Karl, Kristen Bretz, Wally Dunn, Heather Dunn, Tim Overman, Terri Overman, Laura, Joe, Andrew Conley, Zhixiong Cai, Yixuan Cai, Vandanna, Murali and Athri Ranganathan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the John W. Dunn Endowed Mathematics Scholarship, Barton College, PO Box 5000, Wilson, NC 27893.
