She is survived by: her husband Silas Absher, Jr. of Roaring River; her children, Zachary Absher (Lacey) of Hays, Eric Absher (Jessica) of North Wilkesboro and Amy Bouchelle (KiKi) of Roaring River; her sisters, Helen Payne (Floyd) of North Wilkesboro, Hilda Stevenson (Karl) of Roaring River and Frances Combs of Elkin; her grandchildren, Preston, Waylon, Kinsley, Jameson, Kollyns Bouchelle, Karlie, Silas, Oakleigh and Ridge Absher; and her close friends, Monica Foster and Janel Sparks.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elkin Funeral Service (560 North Carolina 268 W, Elkin, NC 28621). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
