She was predeceased by: her parents, Romas Flate and Amanda Ellen Tedder Parker; her husband Max Parker Church; and her siblings, Margaret Harris, Dorothy Leonard and Eugene Parker.
She is survived by: her son Darryl Church (Donna) of State Road; her grandchildren, Brandon Church (Lindsey Church), Chaston Church, Ashley Foley (Alex Foley), Lindsey Church, Zachary Church, Matthew Church, Jessica Church and Olivia Church; her great grandchildren, Elijah Church, Dorothy "Dottie" Foley and Emily "Emmy" Foley; and her siblings, Gwendolyn White of Moravian Falls and Andrew Parker of Moravian Falls.
